Just joined food.com and glad to see there is a low carb forum, even though it is slow. I, like Verelucky, have lost 20 lbs by eating low carb. That is without exercising. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to actually have clothes that are too big.

Anyway, I would like to share meat and veg. recipes with everyone. To get some new ideas to cook up our side of beef in the freezer. One recipe I am cooking tonight is Chuck Roast Winner . Have made it before and even the kids liked it.

What are some of your meat winners at your house?

Try Ww Creamy Mashed Cauliflower - Low Carb! for a take on mashed potatoes. I buy "Josephs Low Carb Pita Bread or Wraps" and they are great! I eat a lot of chicken now, use to be a huge meat eater but now chicken has taken over my tastebuds. Check out my cookbooks, I have a low carb one and the pizza by bikergirl (or someone like that) is awesome!

Congrats to you both on your losses! You are doing wonderful! I have lost 11 pounds since the 4th of January. I have done this before, so this time it doesn't seem to be coming off as quickly as before. If only I wouldn't of gave up! Ohh, well, I am back on lc and doing good. If you haven't checked out lowcarbfriends.com you should. Lots of support and information as well as lc recipes. I love grilled meat, chicken with salsa and cheese, fish with mayo and parmesan, and the spicy shrimp recipe posted here.
