Easy dessert for homecoming please

Experienced "Head Chef" Poster

I am planning a homecoming for my husband and I won't know until the day before what time he will arrive. I want to use my trio crockpot so I can keep the food warm while I travel to the airport to pick him up.
I think that in one of the pots I would like to make a dessert. I looked up apple pies but there aren't very many but I thought it would be good with vanilla ice cream.
Anyway, if you can think of another idea that perhaps I haven't thought of I would appreciate your recommendations as I am still in the planning phase of this. Thanks so much!
