    Hi Verelucky,
    You mean you lost 30 lbs in 3 month by low carbing only?
    What was your diet and did you exercise with the low carb diet?
    I am interested in losing 20 lbs in 3 months and I am looking for some tips and healthy recipes.

    Would love t, but I have stalled for months! I feel better low carbing so it doesnt really bother me, but I would like to lose another 30lbs

    I just found this site tonight and seen your post, I did the atkins in 2002 and lost 20 lbs since my surgery 2 yrs ago I put on 15 lbs so I am back on the low carb kick so far have lost 7 so I am happy.
