I'm continuing to lose weight doing my WW version (around 60lbs) now but I couldn't have done it myself this time without the help given to me at WW meetings in the past. I'm a firm believer in ATTENDING the meetings if you join up-they are so much help.

I walked 11km (or just under 7 miles) on Sunday around Ayers Rock in Central Australia. I know I couldn't have done that 12 months ago, and my health continues to improve!

I went to my first WW meeting last night and am really excited because I think the Points Plus is something that's very do-able for me. Especially love that little calculator thingie for figuring points. Does anyone know if the nutrition values listed for the recipes here are really accurate?
