    Hi Chef
I have searched and not found a definitive answer to your question since most of the information is in Spanish. I did, however, zoom in on the picture of the cup in an advertisement for the Chef-O-Matic and the markings are 120, 160 and the top would be roughly 200. I'm assuming those are ml. If so, water would be 120 g, 160 g and 200 g at the markings and top of cup. Flour would be 108 g for 200 ml using 4.5 g per U.S. cup.
