Algerian Recipes

Hi everyone,

I run a small charity called Algerian Action which offers help to poverty stricken children and families in Algeria.
As part of our fundraising efforts for this year we are in the process of putting together a cook book full of authentic Algerian recipes.

The book will be written in English and will include recipes for all types of dishes including, sides, main courses, sweets ect and things that are made on special occasions. There will be pictures of many of the recipes and each one will be accompanied by a brief history of where it came from and the name of the person who provided it.

If any of you would like to have your family recipes included in the book please get in touch either by sending a zmail.
