Okay... I managed to get an email to the chef via her website/blog. and Today I got a response on that recipe....

    Hello Einas,

I hope that all is well.

The name of the sauce is Taratour.

    It is very simple.

I use Tahini (preferably from the lebanese grocers)
    Lemon juice
    Garlic
    Salt
    Cold water
    Nuts are optional

There was a really easy recipe in this months Masterchef magazine where they used the same concept for my cauliflower and taratour dish.

    Regards,

    Joanne
