I am looking for a recipe from a crockpot cookbook from the early 70s. I think it was called "Chili Stackups," or maybe "Tamale Stackups." It was a chile made in the crockpot with ground beef. Then you made some kind of thin cornmeal pancakes and layered the chili in between them. Does anyone know of this recipe?

http://hubpages.com/hub/Mexican-Stack-Ups I'm sure you could cook the chili in the crock.
