Yes I am a new food teacher and my high school is having a dinner show. The play is Aladdin so we want to do Middle Eastern Food. I would love any ideas of recipes that my studens can do. Thank you for all your help

Welcome to the forum. Here are a few ideas that we enjoy and would work well I think.
Saudi Date Sweet (With Gluten Free Option) A very tasty sweet with the typical Middle Eastern ingredient, dates. I may suggest a tea later to go along with it. Middle Eastern culture is not without there teas.
Lebanese Rose Drink (Sharab Ward) Authentic taste and well received with cheap ingredients.
If you can purchase dried lime (loomi) I suggest these two,
Kuwaiti Curried Chicken (Quwarmah Ala Dajaj) &
Khouzi Ala Timman (Iraqi Lamb Shanks and Rice) (Gluten-Free) using
Baharat Aka Middle East Mixed Spices - the Real Mix along with a rice dish such as
Rice With Onion (Mashkoul)
Here are more ideas that I will find good recipes for later insha Allah (God willing)
- Hummus
- Pita bread
- Tabbouleh
- Moroccan Mint tea
