I have a recipe that I need translated to English. It is a cake that I would like to make for my girlfriend but I am not sure if I can purchase all of the ingredients here in the US. Is there anyone that might be able to help me? Here is the link for what her sister sent me.

Thank you in advance for anyone that can help. If I have posted this is the wrong place, would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
Thank you
Beckie

We have translators available. Hang on, and I'll let them know.

Fruit Tart Base
1/2 packet baking powder (these are small)
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp oil
3 Eggs
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp flour
Mix everything together and press into a well greased Springform tart pan that has been sprinkled with bread crumbs.
Bake at 180 C for 10-15.
The recipe didn't include the filling.

The second recipe:
Philadelphia Raspberry Romance Torte
150 g plain cookies (graham cracker, digestives, shortbread etc)
125 g butter
3 (175 g) packages cream cheese
300 g plain yogurt
2 packages vanilla sugar powder (Bourbon Vanilla flavored)
1 pinch salt
1 package dry gelatin powder
75 g sugar
300 g strawberries
Grind up the cookies into crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
Melt butter and mix with the cookie crumbs and press into a parchment lined Springform pan.
Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and salt together.
Mix the gelatin in 150 ml of cold water and let soften for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, stirring and gently heating until the gelatin has dissolved. Quickly whisk into the cream cheese mixture.
Place a third of the cream cheese mixture into the springform pan, mix another third of the mixture with the berries (quartered and sliced), place on top of the first layer, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Let set and chill for 3 hours.
Garnish with some extra berries laid out to resemble a heart shape.

The above is correct the only things I will add to help is that 180Ca. is 350* Fahrenheit. Also make sure the Springform pan is well oiled and floured.
Just to help the packets they use are usually Dr. Oetker. It's a slightly different baking powder than ours. You can find it in delis and small food markets in the baking aisle where they sell foreign foods. They also make pkts for glazes that are real good for fruit tarts. Oh yes try their Vanilla Sugar as well..yum.

So, how did it go?
A note for you:
My comment is that the base recipe in the link above only calls for 4 tablespoons of flour, which is barely enough for a cake dough!! You should probably double that amount!!!

The recipe is public now, so you can save it in your cookbook if you want to:
Philadelphia Raspberry Romance Torte
Note: If anyone happens to have an envelope of dry gelatin powder or vanilla sugar powder handy and can let me know the measurements, I can update the recipe to reflect more accurate info.
