German / Benelux Cuisine References?

Hi all!

I am posting recipes for ZWT6 as well and I would love to know which references might be out there that explain more about the quisine.

So far I am listing pretty traditional dishes because my heritage is German and I have a couple of old cookbooks! It would be nice to know which other regions and types of food that poeple/I might like to learn about.
