German Easter MEALS ??

I grew up in Germany/Berlin, but for some reason I can not remember any special food. Only hunting all over the apartment for Easter Eggs!

I grew up here but I don't remember anything special for Easter other than the coloured eggs landing on the table.

I baked poppy seed rolls for breakfast/ coffee break and artisan Easter Bread to go with the meat. We have glazed ham, smoked sausages, freshly grind horse raddish, beets, cole slaw, pickles, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese and other condiments like strong mustard and fresh tomatoes. And lots of chocolates (traditionally in rabbit shape).
