I have a recipe that I know has African overtones, but I don't know what area of Africa it would be appropriate for - would this qualify as North African?

    Peanut Vegetable Harvest Casserole (Stovetop)

    thanks.

It's more like a West African style recipe than North African. Please save it to an Africa cookbook for later use. It looks fabulous!!
