Makloubeh is pretty well how my Syrian brother-in-law makes it - ground beef, not chicken. It is an awesome dish!

We make it all the time, but I usually use beef chunks or chicken. Metloobeh is a palestinian dish in origin, but baharat and curry arent traditional palestinian spices, allspice and nutmeg are used in this rice dish.
