    I bought a jar of sambal oelek for the first time ever, made this Indonesian Cucumber Salad
    Which was great; i love the flavor that this stuff gives to the recipe ( we like hot and spicey things !!!!)
    Does anyone have any other great recipes using this chili paste ?

    or next time you can make your own icon_smile.gif it turns out yummy and my husband puts it on everything.....i like it in soups

    Semi-Experienced "Sous Chef" Poster
    Isn't it just the yummiest stuff?!?! We absolutely LOVE it.

    I add it to ALL of the asian recipes that I make--- it's really good especially in egg drop soup, and kung pao chicken.

    I am at work (!!!) so I can't add links b/c it takes too much time but I had to post a reply because, well, it's a yummy pepper sauce!!!!!

    Just check out my reviews---- all the asian recipes I've added it successfully. icon_smile.gif
