Hi I am looking for a recipe that is made at our local middle eastern restuarant. It is a kibbee made with fresh tomatoes, onions, parsley, bulgar. Does anyone have any ideas on what spices I could use to try to recreate this awesome dish.

this kibbee is made without any meat. The main ingrediant is fresh tomatoes, onions, parsley and some wonderful spices they add to make it so zesty.

I tried to find you a recipe on the net...but I failed miserably. Hopefully someone else might be able to come to the rescue.

Thanks for trying! I have been looking all over the net for this recipe too. I think I am going to try and make it using the tradional kibbee spices but using the fresh tomatoes instead of the meat.
