Hi all...I have finally put up my 'About Me' page. Have a look. I like it, but am surprised my photos are only coming out as links. I have sent a technical question to somebody, and hope to get a reply. Any and all pointers are appreciated.

I think I am going to try to add a You Tube link to my page, and I will be adding a full face photo, as well within the next few days.

The easiest way to add pictures:
Get a photobucket account. It is free btw.
Upload the picture to it. They make that part very very easy.
After you do so look at the bottom of the picture. You will see some links. One says IMG use that for posting here in the forum.

One says either html or Url [I forget without looking]
Cut and paste that where you want the picture to go
    Save your page... et voila..

Remember you cannot put html in the food section it must go in your about me section on your page.

I am not sure if the Utube will work due to the coding but you can give it a try.

Thanks for writing, philocrates! I think I will look up the site you mention within the madness of this next week, Christmas, you know. It will be interesting to see if I can link to UTube, or YouTube, or however it is written. I could just write out http://etc, and have it as a link, or maybe not? If it needs to be an internal link, then I suppose I should assume coding difficulties. Well, it's best to keep a photo-rich site like Zaar free from technical problems.

    Thanks again!
