I love Moroccan cuisine and prepare it quite often.

Most recently I tried Kittencal's Easy Moroccan Chicken Thighs With Chickpeas and Raisins. Really very good and quite easy, plus the spices are those that even a chef not familiar with the cuisine is likely to have at home. I've shared the recipe with a coworker who would like to learn to prepare international dishes so I decided to to mention it here as well.

And, which picture do you like?

Nice photos Toni! That looks a great deal like the confit of chickpeas and raisins we sometimes top couscous with in Morocco. icon_biggrin.gif

Very much like confit. The slowly cooked onions and seasons relly gave this some depth of flavor.
