    Boxed fish fry

    Did you know that Zatarans fish fry is the same as corn flour which you can get in a 5 lb bag in the flour section or the Mexican food section of the grocery store.
    I also saw packaged mix to make a roux. I don't know what was in it but a roux is equal parts of flour and oil. You had to add the oil so it had to be just flour. It was like .79 for 6 oz. Couldn't believe it.
