I went to a middle eastern restaurant the other day and ordered two dips- hummus and this another one, I don't remember the name of icon_eek.gif It was white and had very little pieces of cucumbers in it. Also, it wasn't as thick as hummus is, it was a little bit more on the watery side. We had both the hummus and the other dip with pita triangles. I have tried searching for it on zaar, but to no avail. The only one's I have found so far are: Tahini, Tzatziki, and Baba Ghanoush, but none of them seem to be what I had.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I know I have seen the recipe on zaar a thousand times...but today I cant find not one recipe for it...it basically is made of
Cucumbers, tomatos, mint, garlic, lemon juice and tahini and hot peppers, and water to thin the sauce out.
Hopefully thats the one your referring to. Or it could have been yougurt and cucumber salad..

1 tb EDEN Mugi Miso 2 tb Water (or more)
3 tb Sesame tahini 3 Green onions; chopped
but that doesn't seem to have the same ingredients... hmmmm

My first reaction was: tzatztiki! But you say it wasn't. Would you say in contained yoghurt? People change recipes ... I made a tzatziki for snacks before the Christmas dinner, but I changed the classic recipe and added more thingies to it. It was also delicious. (In other words, some things you come across don't have recipes! icon_confused.gif icon_lol.gif )
