how do I submit a recipe in the Iraqi cusine?

I tried before couple of days ago to submit a recipe in the Iraqi cuisine but I could not due to lack of any thing refer to such a thing!.

Please how can I sumit a recipe in other words adding recipes for the iraqi cuisine?. after few days our Eid, Islamic Eid and I want to release couple of recipes.

I am not sure if this is the same thing that happened to me or not the other day... I wanted to post a recipe for a specific middle eastern dish, but the main ingredient wasnt in recipezaar's list, so I emailed them and informed them of the situation, because they are also updating their database with new ingredients, and they gathered information and updated their database, so in a bit I we re attempt to post that recipe again. If your having problems classifying your recipes into its approriate category.
Go under Asian cuisine, click on S.W middle east and then click onto iraqi...so that your recipe with come up under Iraqi dishes...

Chef Fifi, thank you for that information because even as a host I would not have been able to explain, because I did not quite understand the question!

I have the same problem very often with Zaar's computer -- never thought of e-mailing them! I'm in South Africa and we use everyday ingredients which the computer does not recognise.
