    Hi Hajjar, thanks for your manaeesh recipe contribution. I am working on perfecting it. Please could you check out this link and tell me if this type of dough is ever baked instead of fried in the middle east? I try to avoid frying as much as possible.

    You are right Hajar. I think I will stick to frying them if I want the authentic sambousik. Just thought they there were some folk who baked them. Thanks for your response
