    Pork done in slow cooker?

    Hi all icon_smile.gif

I've had a 5 lb. boneless pork roast in the slow cooker almost all day. 5 hours on low and so far it's been 4 hours on High.

Can anyone please tell me how to tell if it's done? I stuck a fork in the meat and it looks white and tender, but the juices around the pork still seem bloody.

    TIA!

I'm glad you talked to her and got it all worked out. Otherwise, unless your crockpot is broken of course it's done.
But you already know that, mom's know everything usually. icon_razz.gif
