Same here in Morocco lemon for the 1st 3 fingers of right hand. That is thumb and next 2 fingers. For those who don't know, in Islam the left hand is always considered unclean. Moroccans used to eat at very low tables on cushons though not many do any longer. Everyone I know has a regular western style dining table and chairs. I am not comfortable with cutlery any longer and I have some really good middle eastern recipes. I am flat out busy at the moment but will try to post a few as soon as I can. God, I haven't even posted *to Zaar's posting system* more than 1 recipe! I do have them for Morocco in my columns though.

Uh huh, put "out to pasture" so to speak, living its golden years as an herb container for the garlic chives.
