Experienced "Head Chef" Poster

Hello! My 11-year-old sister is away at camp for two weeks and I want to send her some goodies!

I'm making chocolate chip & nut cookies and chex mix. Can you think of anything else that I could make to send her? She can be a bit of a picky eater and I want some yummy snacks to send her way!

So things that will travel well (Chex mix in a tin and cookies in a ziplock bag with bubblewrap!) and don't need to be completely fresh when you get them...

Any ideas?

P.S. It's a horse camp, so any horse-related things would be cool too! (I'm calling them cho-colt chip cookies and E-chex-trian Mix) i know...
