    Grilled my first pizza tonight

    It was really interesting and it worked a lot better than I thought it would. I had envisioned the crust just falling through the grate. icon_lol.gif I had to put them under the broiler to get the toppings to brown since the bottoms were burning but they were good. icon_smile.gif

    It's funny, my friends thought the crust would fall through as well. They were really impressed by me whipping up a batch of pizza dough and making pizzas for them at our BBQ a few years ago icon_lol.gif Try throwing some fresh sprigs of rosemary directly under the pizza next time. It gives an amazing smokey flavour to the crust.
