    HELP! I vegetarian crockpot recipes!

My veggie daughter has a new apartment and we're visiting for the first time today. I'm giving her a crockpot as a housewarming gift and thought I'd print out some vegetarian crockpot recipes to go with it. I did search the data base and 190 recipes come up. That's way too many for me to print and so I thought I'd come in here and ask you guys to post your favorites.

DD#2 likes: soups, stews, chili-type stuff, Mexican and Southwest flavors, tofu, most beans and vegetables.

    I really appreciate it, TIA!

Here is one that DH and I like, it's Slow Cooker Chili Con Carne (kid-friendly). I usually substitute 1/4 to 1/2 of the ground beef with TVP (textured vegetable protein) but she could just use all TVP (1 cup) instead of the ground beef.
