Wheat Gluten vs Whole Wheat Gluten Flour

    Thu May 19, 2005 12:31 pm Groupie
My dumb question for the day: Couldn't find the box of Wheat Gluten at the store, but could find Gluten Flour in the organic bulk bins.
They look the same, now that I've compared them at home, but ARE they the same thing for bread baking?
    (Feel free to sneer)

    Yes. Same thing.

I'm answering without the sneer because I asked the same question in a baking forum several years ago. They weren't so nice to the "newbies" in there.....

Thank you, BobbieGirl. I truly appreciate the new, improved, "sneerless" Zaar help!
