Hey Gang!
A wonderful friend of mine and I were talking about baking (imagine!) and she mentioned that she adores Foccacia. So... yup - you guessed it - I'd like to make her some. She's been such a great mentor for me, I'd like to find a great recipe.
She loves spices as much as I do - and I was planning on making it this afternoon to bring to her tomorrow.
Does anyone have any reccomendations? Also- any tips on transporting and re-heating the 'finished product' are much appreciated as well!

wrap it in foil and reheat in oven until warm. dunno about specific temps, I'm the sort of person who just preheats to the highest temp and checks often
I actually really liked this foccaccia recipe (besides watermelon's stuffed one!)

And here's watermelon's stuffed foccacia

That recipe looks great!
The stuffed recipe might be fun - does it freeze and reheat well? That is soooo funny - I do the same thing. Crank up the oven and peek in the door about every 5 min.
"Dried Yeast".. is that the same as Active Yeast?

Donna - This is me branching out.. and boy am I NOT good at taking photos - but at least you can see the finished prodcut:
Rosemary Focaccia Bread #82337
I undercooked it about 2 minutes so my friend could toast it in the oven for dinner! As soon as I see her on Saturday, I'll be posting a review!

That looks awesome! There's absolutely nothing wrong with the picture, either. Your friend should be very happy. You are doing great with your bread baking!
