I think the spelling is correct!!!

Someone mentioned it the other day and I wanted it, but didn't have the meat.

Yesterday I picked up some HUGE (1 pkg of TWO ribs were 2.75 lbs!!) bone in beef short ribs and today I put them in my crockpot, along with garlic and the trinity and some red wine and thyme.

The smell is heavenly .. now I'm off to do jobs, drop DS off at school and make a rice dish to go with it.
