In the crockpot is my favorite way to make corned beef! icon_smile.gif It smells so wonderfully good, and comes out so nice and tender. Did you use a recipe?

No recipe. Corned beef bought fresh from the butcher (who pickles it himself). Add 1 cup of Coke, 1 hour on high, 8 hours on low. Overnight in the fridge, then cut it cold with an electric knife for paper thin slices. Yum!
