I'm slated to cook in the CP today. I have a 6qt Rival and love it, but am out of ideas.....I would like to have it in the pot by 10am Mountain (12 Eastern, 9 Pacific)

Here is what I have on hand....
    Chicken tenderloins
    ground turkey
    ground beef
    ground elk
    porkchops
frozen veggies (edamame, corn, beans, peas)
fresh veggies (onions, broccoli, celery, carrots, sweet spuds, spuds)
    beef & chicken stock
rice & pasta (brown white whole wheat regular)

I need an idea...No soups, very warm here today. No spicy either and no mex/tex mex as we had fajitas last night!

TIA! You guys will save me, I know it!!!

Depending on what else you might have on hand:

I like Company Chicken Casserole. I see you have listed some of the ingredients for it that you have on hand.
Tangy Pork Chops by AudreyM are great too!
Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken by Miller is also tasty.
