Crescent or flaky layer biscuit recipe?

    Hi breadbakers!

I posted in the cooking Q&A and they suggested I post here. I am looking for a recipe similar to those that are refrigerated at the supermarkets, like pillsbury etc. I have 2 that I am going to try from zaar, the cottage cheese crescents and and other crescent recipe. Just thought I would see if someone had anything else to share. Whenever I make biscuits they never come out in flaky layers, they are more solid like a roll. Thanks again!
