    Questions:

I am FINALLY defrosting one of my two turkey's from last Xmas.

I tenatively plan on grinding the white meat and/or marinating and baking one of the breasts. I had planned on brining the legs and thighs then cooking.

Would it 'work' to just crockpot the legs and thighs and cook in the crockpot? Later then, cut the meat up and can I easily make turkey and noodles in there? TOYING with making a turkey pot pie to freeze as well.

We are NOT big turkey eaters, but I refuse to waste anything!
