I'm looking for one I can set up in the bread machine and then do the second rise outside it. I like to bake on my baking stone instead of in a pan.
    What's good and grain-y?

I played around with the whole wheat bread recipe in the book that came with my Black&Decker machine.

    1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup of[ oat bran, wheat germ, wheat bran ]mix.

I did this by hand but it is a bread machine recipe. I've been making this every week since the first time. I just love it!
