Burton Stove ToGo Cooking

HI everyone,

My wife and I are truck drivers and we use a great cooking device called "Burton Stove ToGo" by Athena. It looks like a large black lunch box with a cord on one side. The oven gets to 300 degrees and cooks great.

We are looking for recipes that we can cook in this oven on our truck. We use aluminum loaf pans to cook our food in and need the recipes to fit in these. If you have any please let us know.

I did a few searches -- have you heard of this? Someone wrote a cookbook specifically for cooking with this Burton Stove To Go, and it's called Cookin' on the Go. I found it on this page.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. We have had that book for several years. However, we are looking for new recipes to try. We have done about 98% of the book.
