I bought a convection oven at a rummage sale and I cannot find the brandname on it but its a model 707. I have baked roast in it just guessing and they come out perfect but I would like to know where to get a cook book.
does anyone have information about this.
It has a large round glass botton and a glass lid with a fan (I think) in the top.
    Any information would be appreciated
    Thanks

I have a microwave/convection oven. I am sure it had a recipe booklet when I got it, but I never use it. I actually don't think things cook all that much faster in the convection oven than in a standard oven. I just set the timer for a few minutes early & check to see if the stuff is done. Otherwise, I use it just like my regular oven. It uses much less electricity, so I use it whenever I can instead of the big oven.

You might try posting in the cookbooks/cooking tools forum. You might get better response there.

    Hi,
Mine is called a convection roaster. It has a round glass base with a fan in the lid. I know i can bake 6 large potatos in 35-45 min. and also have cooked a porkroast in less than an hour . I was just guessing at these and was hoping I could find a cook book. I cant even find the name of the cooker on it anywhere. theres just convection roaster wrote on the handle.
    thanks for your input though.
