    I would like to be able to do dinner rolls. Then I'm open to anything else; herb bread, english muffin bread, whatever. As long as it doesn't contain fruit. My family wouldn't really enjoy that. Simple, common ingredients would be best for me as I'm on a limited budget.

    As far as upcoming classes go I really don't know, I assume you would have to keep an eye open on these forums.I happened upon and read the existing classes because I like to know how other people cook.

    Okay, Mean--it's yours. I'll let you sort out the details of what recipe, when, how, etc. I know you will do a good job.

    I think I will do a sourdough class soon. Anybody interested in that? I'm open for suggestions.

    Mmm, sourdough bread, one of my favorites. I probably won't be able to be online at the time you do it (will depend on what day and time) but I will definately read a class on sourdough, I have never made it before.

    My mother used to make it a lot while I was growing up, I loved it, she used to keep a tea pitcher full of the starter in the fridg. I remember the first time I saw the pitcher, I thought it was malted milk shake and poured me a big glass, with great anticipation I took a big swallow icon_lol.gif , you can imagine my suprise! I was very young, about 9 I guess.

    I would save a class on sourdough to my computer so when I make it I can use it for reference. icon_biggrin.gif
