I added that reuben lettuce wrap to my cookbook yesterday...looked SOO good...now I just have to get the goodies for it.

I think lunch will be a salad with leftover chicken breast coated in Low Carb Coating for Chicken, Pork or Veggies (No Pork Rinds) recipe #109735 by Me

Dinner will be Oriental beef and broccoli recipe #91175 by Maias2Papayas with Perfect Brown Rice recipe #56242 by Susan Lee

That shrimp looks good too, Shelly! Into the cookbook it goes!

They have an all you can eat chinese buffet near my Mom. She takes my DD whenever we're down at her house and my DD (who is icon_cool.gif will eat crab legs for HOURS...until you tell her it's time to go. THe people that run the place think she's so cute they always send her with a foil swan full of crab legs...too funny!
