    I like making my own relishes, pickles and mustards. Iam interested in recipes from any country and am particularly keen to get recipes from earlier times.

    I have no mustard but a book with ketchup's, relishes, and pickles. Here are some ideas, One with cranberries and apples, apple and red peppers, kidney bean relish, beet relish, cabbage relish, corn relish, prune and cranberry relish, mushroom ketchup, There are quite a few more, I can copy them and send them snail mail if you want to e-mail me your address, it is a lot to type. Just post this site if you are e-mailing your adress so I can copy them before I leave work.
