    This is a second picture of recipe #49351 Four Cheese Pasta by Mep. I happened to see some "Pasta Garlic Purses" and had some of this sauce left over and it was wonderful on them (I bought the purses already made)

    The spices do sound good, just not too sure of the fennel, haven't used it much, is it the one that tastes like licorish icon_question.gif

    Yes but the dried seems to me to be milder than the fresh fennel/anise
