A delicate sausage made with finely minced veal, bacon, cream and eggs. It is usually flavored with parsley, lemon, mace, onion, ginger and cardamom. Weisswurt is German for "white sausage" and is traditionally served fresh in hot water and eaten with sweet mustard.
