A full-bodied, aromatic, slightly sweet and tart vinegar made from white Trebiano grapes. Balsamic vinegar ages to a dark brown with a full-bodied, slightly sweet flavor.
In a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
Used in vinegrettes and sauces.
