- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 inch gingerroot, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ice
directions
- Blend all ingredients with ice for 1 minute on high.

This is so wonderful! I loved the fresh ginger. Just a hint is all - no one else guessed it was in there. Not too sweet & the banana isn't overpowering. The flavor of this drink is very well balanced. My favorite part is that it's like a smoothie but without the thick feeling milk or yogurt add & instead it's like drinking flavored orange juice.
