1. Mmmmmmmmm! Very good recipe! I used a rump roast and let it cook until falling apart. This was delicious and so easy! Thanks for posting a great one. :)

 2. Very good and very easy. I made this dish for ZWTIII's Mexican Gadget Challenge and cooked it in my version of an Olla, which was a bean pot. I cooked it in the oven, instead of the crock pot, and reduced the cooking time to 3 hours for a 3.5lb roast. I also used recipe #199955 for the taco mix. I will definitely be making this one again.

 4. I cut this recipe in ½ and cooked at low for about 5 hours. Everyone loved it including the adults and children (ages 3 and 5). Served with rice, avocado, beans, corn and of course cheese. Thanks for posting.

 5. Fantastic! I used a Bison Sirloin Roast, put it in my crock pot frozen solid, and set it on low for about 10 hours. This was extremely easy to make and it tasted fantastic and was wonderfully tender. I recommend this!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
