  1. I got 4 big pancakes out of this. I used 1 cup of wheat berries though. I'm new to wheat berries and I'll make them this way. I didn't cook the wheat berries before I'm not sure if I had to but they are great. I even forgot the honey and they're still good. Thanks.

  2. Do you use dry wheatberries or ones soaked overnight? This recipe looks super yummy and I can't wait to hear back so I can make them!

  3. These were pretty tasty. I thought the batter was a little runny so I added some quick oats to thicken it up a little. I think I made them too big. The family had a hard time finishing them. It is a good way to use some of the wheat I have though.

  4. These are by far the most tasty whole wheat blender pancakes I have ever had. Adding some extras (like cinnamon and vanilla) would make them even more yummy, if that's possible!

  5. I made these this morning and they were definately light and fluffy! I made waffles, and I used cracked wheat cereal instead of Wheat Berries. That was the closest thing I had, and it seemed to work well. My 22 month old even ate some and liked them!
