  1. This was a little too different for me but my DH and his friend really liked it. He said it needs a little more zip, so maybe next time I'll add some cayenne. The instructions were very well written, so it was easy to make. I used Penzey's Pasta Sprinkle for the Italian seasoning and almost put in 1 1/2 tsp paprika but caught myself!

  2. Simple and quite tasty. I'll be making these again!

  3. Made three appetizers for Christmas brunch and this one was my mother-in-law's favorite. Had to send the leftovers and the recipe home with her.

  4. These are so fabulous - I made some as a quick extra dish for an appetizer party and they almost didn't make it out of my house. Now, I have just made a triple batch to include with my treats that go to my husband's boss and coworkers for Christmas. What a treat!

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
