Loved it. I've made it twice; the first time in the oven and the sauce was a little thin. However today I made it in the crock pot with a couple of variations. 1) I added 4 peeled and quartered potatoes which I put on the bottom of the crock pot. 2) I then mixed the onion soup mix with the cream of mushroom soup and added an extra can of mushrooms plus minced garlic - 1 heaping tablespoon (from the jar). I added the pork steak on top of the potatoes and poured the sauce over the top. It smelled so good while it was cooking and the potatoes thickened up the sauce. It was perfect on this cool rainy Oregon Coast day!

This is amazingly good! I was worried that it would be bland with such simple ingredients, but it was great. I poured the gravy into a saucepan and added a corn starch slurry to thicken it and served with garlic mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again. Fall apart tender after sitting in the crock pot on low about 7 hours. Only change was to combine the soups and layer them with the steaks.
