  1. Hi, This recipe looks great I just have a few questions before I make it ... How many mini marshmallows will equal 1 1/2 dozen large marshmallows? Is refrigeration recommended and how long before it expires? Also is this a good recipe for marshmallow syrup for lattes? Thank you!

  2. Wonderful!! we made it in the microwave with shelf stable 2% milk, added a little cinnamon at the end and it was delicious. used it as a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries. try it and you will not be disappointed!

  3. Excellent taste and so quick to do. My boys like to top their peanut butter sandwiches with this and I like it over coffee ice cream. Thanks for sharing. Made for Photo Tag.

  4. This was so easy to make and worked perfectly as a substitute for marshmallow cream in a fudge recipe I was trying. I can see how it would be great on ice cream or other sweets as well.
