  3. This is a terrific idea for a smoothie. I followed the directions then I placed cubes in my blender added a little milk and a small banana. What a yummy healthy treat and so easy to make after work. The ice cubes were put in the freezer the night before. I'm looking for more smoothie ideas that are easy to fix after work. Any ideas? BonRose
